Since Israel and Hamas have now broken the “peace agreement “ Trump said he brokered, if they end up signing another one would that be 9 wars he stopped or still only 8?

We will know soon if the Democrats are serious about winning if they circle all their funding around the incumbent instead of the person most likely to win.

And now all the pathetic virtue signaling from the left who decry Charlie Kirk’s shooting as unacceptable political violence. So is it more acceptable all the people that would have been injured or killed by the violence Kirk’s rhetoric would have incited? I hope he dies. It’ll save future lives.

This is really excellent. “Soft secession,” with states, particularly wealthy blue ones, just ignoring the federal government and becoming more independent.

Obviously no one of color would want to live in that place but can they be sued to stop the development simply because the requirements are patently illegal? It would be terrible if it were allowed to go through just because they’re such f-ers that no one would want to live there.

Disappointing title for this article. It tells the story of the potentially fatal flaw in the CitiCorp building in NYC. the problem with the title is that it wasn’t only one “man” who knew the secret. In fact it was a young engineering undergrad woman, Diane Hartley, who discovered the flaw!

So if Trump is ignoring court orders then by definition what he’s doing can’t be official acts, right? So isn’t he potentially criminally liable for this stuff once he’s out of office?

A thought experiment. What kind of “deal with the devil” would blue states have to make with red states to hold a Constitutional Convention to bring the Constitution radically up to date? What would we have to give up to get 1) national popular vote 2) money out of politics 3) SCOTUS term limits /1

Tesla sales are plummeting. The brand name stnks. China will soon dominate the EV market. Republicans ended carbon credits that were the source of Tesla’s profit. Waymo is way ahead on self-driving taxis. Yet Tesla is worth $1 trillion, 20 times more than the typical auto company. Makes no sense

If there is one thing that I think Republicans and Democrats and 50 states could agree on it would be to Amend the Constitution by adding three little words “with Congressional approval” slipped into the article giving the President pardon power.

This is the whole thing. Energy "trumps" intelligence with the media and voters every time. Remember "low energy Jeb Bush." Got destroyed by Trump even though he was infinitely more qualified and intelligent.

I am confused though. The gift is to the us government. Once it is property of the government Trump can’t give any property owned by the government away to him, his library or anyone else.

Cue up all the poor fu**s that shell out money they don’t have for Trump bibles and clothes, and who can’t afford to shop anywhere but Walmart, boycotting them now because Trump tells them to.

The positive thing about the ruling is that social media platforms are not part of the 1A right we have to speak. We have the right to speak but not to be given a platform to speak on. It opens the door to ban other platforms US or otherwise that threaten national security. I for one support that.

What would be the point of this? It’s already so hard to trust anything on social media. How does this benefit anyone except to use platforms as nothing but a training ground for AI programs.
