Day One of #IFC2024 ticked off. Ready for the second half of out Supporter Experience Masterclass this morning. Amazing afternoon yesterday sharing with and learning from fundraisers from all over the world. Amazing how similar our SX challenges are despite location, size or cause.

After over an hour queuing in the Non Eu Passport queue I'm even more livid at Brexit than I already was. I didn't know that was even possible
