There would presumably be one near Hetar City somewhere but I need to check my map, and Metralo has secret underground rivers; Likely only one clean one thats also an urban myth.

#NovemberWorldbuilders 19/11: My floating pirate town probably proclaims itself as a "legally governed floating fishing town" of some sort but really they're mostly pirates that sell fish on the side xD This is nowhere near the Waters of Life though.
