#Cosplay WIP: Melissa's wig from #HazbinHotel! The next steps will be to combine these ponytails and then make a clip-on for the upper jaw of the ponytail mouth. I got the wig and wefts last year for another character, and I'm repurposing them to cosplay Melissa, Velvette's assistant, at Anime LA 💜

This is my official time from running my first half marathon yesterday at the #RnRSanDiego event! I did the Jeff Galloway walk-jog method and walked up steep hills to keep myself injury-free because my longest training run was only 6.5 miles 😅 I'll be fully prepped for the RunDisney 🎃 Half!

Thanks to the walk-jog Galloway Method (and walking up Hillcrest Hills 😉) I finished my 1st half marathon despite only having training runs up to 6.5 miles! I almost gave up on the SD Rock 'n' Roll Half because DOGE laid me off in January, but I'm so glad I persisted! Next: the RunDisney 🎃 Half!

I'm deeply disturbed by RFK Jr saying that US medical researchers should publish in "state-run" journals.
