In this segment, Navy Commander Phil Ehr @phil.ehr speaks about his childhood, his years of military service, and what he hopes to accomplish if elected. Ehr says his first Navy mission was during the Mariel Boatlift, where he helped rescue Cuban exiles seeking freedom and opportunity in America. He went on to serve a full career in the Navy and beyond, often in dangerous assignments, fighting communists, fascists, and terrorists.
