This deserves its own thread with all the collected evidence, but Nagi seems to have a fixation on being or appearing cool and not doing things he thinks are embarrassing/cringe He's also very quick to act judgemental of others while measuring them with his own criteria (quickest example is height)

This face is amazing, I don't even know what emotion it is And let's pay attention to the conversation in the background. Some guys, who aren't serious about their sport practice (like Nagi was) aren't motivated to practice and will skip by playing videogames (like Nagi did)
