My quiet is less due to inactivity and more that the last couple days have been refactoring and organizing the project to have a better handling of various elements. Godot not having a "find node by script type" function made me have to make custom functions for it.

I wanted to make a laser whose power varied on atmosphere density, sampling a texture2D in godot is expensive however. So it is a laggy world freezing gun. I want to see if Godot 4.7's paintable textures is cheaper but if not I absolutely am going with smaller atmosphere maps of 64x64 or 128x128.
