Honestly the justices (particularly Justice Sotomayor) sound ... somewhat taken aback that they're even hearing this case. And ... same? Also - you didn't have to! You could have just issued a summary op saying "See the Fourteenth Amendment"! Even last year in the nationwide inujunction case!

Once again, the Court sides with the religious right at the expense of LGBTQ+ youth. ‘Conversion therapy’ is harmful, and as Justice Jackson notes, the Constitution doesn’t shield dangerous medical practices just because they’re delivered through speech. www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...

ICE detentions continue despite federal judges ruling 4,400+ times that they were unlawful. Judge Thomas Johnston writes, “It is appalling that the Government insists that this Court should redefine or completely disregard the current law as it is clearly written.” www.reuters.com/legal/govern...

Masked federal agents continue to function illegally as judge, jury, & horrifically as executioner. They have executed yet another citizen in the streets of an American city – this is illegal, unacceptable & un-American. There must be accountability & the legal reforms necessary to make it possible.

This sure seems more like the tyranny the Constitution is supposed to protect against than forgiving student loans.
