The Trump NIH animal research move is not about organoids, or animals. It's about politics.
Be on the lookout for political wedge issues coming from the Trump administration. It's what they do.

"draws sympathy. Justifiably so. We should want to reduce animal research as much as we possibly can and still allow new cancer cures to be unlocked. Scientists too want to reduce animals in research as much as they can, and study animals only when realistic biology is absolutely needed. "

On my way back from OrganoidNL symposium. Great line up of speakers. Enjoyed seeing all the familiar faces again and getting to know new interesting areas of organoid research.
