#Ottawa housing starts remain embarrassing through September. 75% of the year, 43.67% of our target. Perhaps worse - of the 50 municipalities with #housing targets, Ottawa's bad numbers rank 29th. This is what we get with a provincial gov't that sets targets for housing but takes no action.

Planning Committee is reviewing a proposal this coming Wednesday to increase @ottawacity development charges by 15-53%. This will add thousands to the cost of homes, during a housing crisis, as all living costs skyrocket. Write your councillor and tell them you're opposed!
