INSTAR DAY!! have an alternate timeline of mine that uses the official design with the twist of captured wreatures blended into the suspiciously yellow flesh cloak. this Instar never found Somsnosa and Absent Moon events uprooted his life, pushing him to seek protection and control [1/3] #hylics

[2/3] learned his first gesture, one clear to him, but proscribed as a hazard. his first try at flesh-manipulation ability contorted his face. w/ high will he gesturally maintains a handle on it, plus many disarmed wreatures in deprived symbiosis, churned into a protective multi-utility garb #hylics

[3/3] future is unclear. the ranch exists, but the new beasts' takeover is autonomous and dangerous. his ability allows only him to safely take juice from there, but its no longer his home. reunions now would be in vain without extreme measures, as its not safe to interact with him physically

Nearly a year ago, on January 30th, @s-for-sprinkles.bsky.social was allowed to reveal the full design of #hylics 2's cut character, Instar. These sprites were completely wiped from H2's files and had to be given by Mason directly. Thus, January 30th is international Instar day!!
