Something I've observed while using both Claude Code and Codex: Codex with a $20 Plus plan chugs along for hours, while Claude Max ($100) will hit the 5-hour limit much sooner. Claude is faster overall, but also needs to compact more frequently.

Why not "Bad / Okay / Great"? "Fine" and "Good" are too close in my non-native speaker brain.
