Packing for the mission. This is what I’ll take with me: hiking boots, backpack, a blanket for the waiting time, some water and snacks, flashlight (obviously), rope, disinfectant, first aid kit. You literally never know what you’ll find. 1/2

You’re not going to believe this! I was just in the shower when out of nothing I remembered. At the place, I swear I saw a light behind one of the windows! And not just a flashlight or sth from someone else exploring, but really like, a lightbulb hanging from the ceiling!

I was in a weird daze the past days. It took me until this morning to realize I FORGOT MY CAR??? Did I walk home through the entire night? Did someone pick me up somewhere? I don't remember anything after I approached the building.

Still nothing on the military area, but I found something else! It sounds really crazy, but I think there might be something SUPERNATURAL going on. HEAR ME OUT! The lack of vandalism? The old signs? The house not being on maps? ME NOT FINDING IT despite knowing where it is??? 1/2

The conspiracy theorist in me says the sign is there just to keep people out and has nothing to do with the military. I keep staring at the picture and something is just… wrong. Is it just me?

I talked to a coworker about this sign and she made an interesting point. You’d think if there was actual danger, someone would maintain the signs, right? So why do they look like nobody's stepped foot into the area for at least 20 years? 1/2

Another interesting thing I don’t wanna keep from you is this sign I found on the way to the place. It reads: “Danger to life! Trespassing is forbidden. The whole area is contaminated with ammunition and other warfare material.” 1/3

Sooo this just happened! I legit could NOT find the building, but not far from where I THOUGHT it should be, there was this guard with his dog. Why is a ruin like this guarded? 1/3

Something else that bothered me about this building and that I couldn’t place. Usually the places I go to have graffiti or some signs of vandalism somewhere. This place, however: nothing! It’s as if it didn’t exist before now. 1/2

I think I’ll just have to take another look. Maybe I was missing something, a sign who this place belongs or belonged to, something about its purpose, anything.
