After the end of world war two, the world was split into two, this marked the beginning of the era called the cold war. I've lost count how many times I heard this in my teens And hearing it again as I start MGS Delta pulls me right back to a simpler and kinder time.

Metal gear 2: Solid Snake for the MSX finished. Took a solid 8 and a half hours, No speedrun record thats for sure! On to Metal Gear Solid! I Wonder if Holly and Snake ever hooked up?

In the Lead up to MGS Delta, I've decided to play through All the Metal gear games. It was a debate on whether to do release OR Chronological, but Ive put together 3 Arcs to play through. First up Metal Gear for the MSX A lot harder than i remember it being, but holds up well! #RetroSunday

Today for Retro Sundays i fired up Red Faction! I managed to grab a second hand copy in my youth from EB games. I was fascinated with the destruction engine and used to just dig around the levels, knocking down ceilings and living my best mole life. #Retro #Gaming

This was a game i didnt own, but my cousins did! I remember spending school holidays at my Aunt and Uncles place playing this game for the entire time, trying to find everything For me Banjo Kazooie symbolized those simple joys that those holidays bought. Glad i got to play it again #Retro #Gaming

It's been overdue. But for Retro Sundays I played F.E.A.R, Which i remember been absolutely amazed by the AI of the Replica soldiers, and the Solid Alma Jumpscares. I found it always did a good job of placing the scares in places you WOULD see them.

Growing up I remember first renting Grandia from Blockbuster, and then asking for it to be re rented again and again trying to get through it. At some point it was returned and then I was never able to rent it again. Tonight I finished it after 65 hours of playing the Grandia Remaster.
