Kale sautéed in butter is actually fantastic. Retains a good bit of crunch and holds its shape unlike spinach which gets slimy when you cook it. Recently learned cooking breaks down the cell wall so you can absorb the nutrients. The fat from the butter helps absorption.

If someone “popular” or “high status” comes out of nowhere + suddenly starts showering you w gifts or attention, be wary. The behavior isn’t inherently bad. But there’s a lot of sick, lonely people looking to take advantage of others and attention + gifts is excellent bait for vulnerable people.
