Something you may not know is taking iron supplements can be excruciatingly painful for people with Rheumatoid Arthritis. There’s medical research why but just trust me, it’s true. Unfortunately I need to to prevent iron anemia and my hair falling out again. Ouch. Pic unrelated.

Movies - it annoys me when someone’s scared or in pain and they grab their bottle of medicine and swallow a handful of drugs. Who still alive takes medicine like that?! I want to ban certain cliches from movies.
