The Atlas Brew Works outpost at DCA (licensed to the operator like most if not all DCA restaurants) has several beers on tap. $11 for a pint ($13 for 20 oz) so paying the airport markup

Biked to DCA for 2nd time (just 25 minutes from Cap Hill). 1st time doing so directly from school dropoff and 1st time using one of these free snazzy smart bike locks (use the Bikeep app) located near baggage claim (they also have lockers on other side of garage)
