Just did a lovely little talk at a Probus club. There’s something about a village hall in the countryside which makes me feel calm. I’m always happy to talk about my work, no matter what size the group!

Four years ago I watched events unfold on TV and felt sure that finally the Trump nightmare would be over. How wrong could I have been? I’m sure the finances of many Americans will slightly improve. But the damage that has been done to US politics cuts very deep.
