Most councils have a department that arranges transport for special needs schools. Apparently here we have a department that leaves the schools and families to arrange the transport themselves, and then just cancels those plans the day before school starts.

I think it was a HP around 98-99. Running Win95 for a year or two until we got 98. Used to play 3d Movie Maker and we had a disc called 419 mega drive games, 30-40% of them worked but you had no working save function so I used to play the first chapter of Shining Force repeatedly.
