Doing a bit of a side-quest for doodles and I didn't realise how bright Hod actually is without shading, Malkuth's quite grey comparatively lol. Also can't figure out what to put Malk in for outfits. (WIP, might change some details in these teasers)

🖐I need a bit of help. I'm trying to start using more texturing in my art but i'm struggling to really figure out what texture matches what. Does anyone have any good examples or tutorials? I have a basic idea of metal/shiny stuff, but skin would be really helpful.

Say hello to this Lady of a sinful manor! She always travels with her staff in tow and, for a ghost, is dense enough to be weighed down... Down to her left is the Baroness S'more, successor to the gluttonous throne.

Had an idea for a Ghost character for some world-building and to derust, I might post a WIP if folks are curious, Otherwise I'll save it for when it's finished.

(I also haven't forgotten about a certain Magical Girl, it's just been a bit of a valley for me productively and I need to do some warmup again.)

I've been a little too engrossed in Mon-ster Hunter recently and had the idea to put silo in some armour from it.

Fascinating: Hod can be a ‘Hod air Balloon’ but Malkuth keeps her on the ground by being the weight of a car. Unfortunate: Malkuth does not have a matching pun that I know of.

So i may have been playing monster hunter (Rise) recently and have been a bit sidelined from art things for a few reasons. i have been practicing new things on the side though. One half for world building, other half for blimps not being in an ambiguous void.

So, it is now official: I've made a new game! It's more of a tech demo I guess, I'm calling it Maya's Playbox. It'll be playable for the first time at SizeCon 2026! I'll share more info and a Patreon exclusive build of the game in the first week of April, and some time after that it'll go public.

(Kira took way too long to draw right) Any artist faced with a difficulty seeks a solution, whether it's "how can I improve my technique?", "What could I do differently?" or "how do I turn make a skeleton become a blimp?" There is always a solution somewhere.

Also had an idea for Albina (featuring Kira) but today's been giving me all kinds of wobblyness so I'll come back to it when I'm not so dizzy.

Had a wild dream about Annventure so it may be time to replay one of those games again.
