Refined the transitions from my gravity ramps to knock out most edge cases. Level design is going to be fun with this gravity mechanic (and difficult). The ability to reset gravity at any time will open up some creative movement for players.

What’s your favourite feature just added to #godotengine 4.5? My one… the abstract class and function keywords! I know that’s probably the most boring one… but I found myself fighting against the language so many times trying to create something which would behave like an interface… now we have it!

As a game developer using exclusively #Godot, would you suggest Fedora or Ubuntu as a #linux daily driver? I am not looking at a comparison between the two distros, but suggestions keeping the gamedev aspect in mind.

After a small detour into Unity-land I decided to go back to my all-time favourite setup combo: #linux + #godot I decided to go with Ubuntu 25.04, and so far everything looks great and I only encountered minor crashes on Godot. Very happy with my choice! 🐧 #gamedev

Coming from unity, Resources are the counter part in #godot of Scriptable Objects. If only Godot had a better editor UI to display them…
