I had my post-workout recovery at the Y during the truly blessed hours. Shared the hot tub with two wonderful trans-masc men. Our Y has separate saunas and hot tubs, so good on them for braving it. Then I shared the sauna with the bear again. Hah.

OK. Woof. Productive mornign already. Went and got a Cardio CT scan. Nothing is wrong, our department just has us do this now before our annual physicals. Also got my level 1 Fire Inspector cert. approved. Now to get two classes lined up, and a possible trip to the Union Political Training class.

In a boost to my confidence with hockey, both my team and the other team last night were making comment on my shot. It's gained some speed and accuracy lately and folks are noticing. Feels good.
