Today's lunch is tinned Smoked mackerel with chili flakes (fishwife), spinach and artichoke dip, mixed olives, pepper jack cheese and gluten free crackers. Really tasty! Last night I tried the salmon and its mid compared to the trout and mackerel. IJS!

Just had the most satisfying lunch! Toasted sourdough with pesto spread and Fishwife's Smoked Rainbow Trout and pickled red onions. OMG so good and filling! Now im drinking hot water with goji berries, apple slices, a date and slice of lemon. It helps my glucose really well!

10 pounds down since day of surgery. I am looking forward to my meeting with OBGYN so we can discuss these changes lol also low key hoping im down to 180 by that appt.

Well, um im down six pounds. Which is nice, my body looks normal again. But its scary because I know now how much of a parasite my uterus had become to my body. Wanna cry, but id rather go back to sleep lol

Day two of recovery. Surprising sleep pattern since surgery day, up at 430am, nap by 630am, back at it with a surge of energy by 830/9am. All while on Oxycodone. Then nap again by 230...bedtime is sharp at 10pm lol Still sore but already feel a difference in how my body feels and my mood.

I made it! Successful procedure, and im sore af! Lol

Im going under the knife tomorrow for my hysterectomy. Im the first surgery of the day, and im both nervous and excited.
