Sunny days are good for walking but also for visiting galleries. Accordingly, off to the Williamson again to see art by Steve des Landes, a new exhibition featuring sculptor Adrian Jeans and, in the cafe, a distant view of Liverpool by Eyes(?). Still need to go back for more!

Knee improving but still feeling a little sub-par so similar abbreviated circuit to yesterday. No actual rain but even the pines muddy in places.

Interesting to see Kagi News has added a global tension index. Currently 42°/warm apparently.

Feeling a bit sluggish today so just a short circuit of #Royden from courtyard to Benty’s and back. Slippery in places and a fair amount of surface water but dodged the worst of the rain while “refuelling”.

In Voyages exhibition reminders of Liverpool’s enduring ties with the USofA, including a small flag that found its way there via the moon. Shopping, coffee on the Albert Dock and then home via James St.

To #Liverpool to visit the Walker which was unexpectedly closed as per all NG&MM sites today so into visually stunning Central Library instead to see Picton, Hornby and Oak Rooms. Interesting exhibition on theme of voyages in Hornby.
