Last week, someone in a state of crisis reached out to us, using this panic as a justification to meet with us. There were red flags in the message I received, but I overlooked them because of the implicit urgency. I rearranged our schedule to book a meeting.

And he did it before the meeting got going, when the councillors are given the opportunity to highlight positive community events & people. Folks were highlighting businesses and giving thanks for Mchappy day. And then he jumps in with his comments. Unwarranted; poor taste. Entitlement on display.

Nope. They just voted. They will not pay the money. Contract will end. We’re now entering into the unknown.
