Oh yeah I tried Podman yesterday but I also didn't really need to try anything :wolf_laff: It just worked as a drop-in replacement for Docker for my use case at least! The commands all seem to be the same as well (at least the few that I use). Will be trying that for a while and seeing how it goes!

Trying out Podman instead of Docker to see how that works! Apparently my Docker file should just work with it? And the commands are also essentially the same just that it's podman instead of docker

Updated https://theriodex.net from Ruby 3.4 to Ruby 4 and haven't had any issues so far. I was using a CGI thing that I had to remove and replace with something else but that was about it.

I've now also added a way to unlock themes again once you've already unlocked them before without needing to replay the game! Once you unlock a theme, you will receive a serial code that you can enter here later to unlock it again without needing to play the game again >:

Been working on adding a settings page to Theriodex so you can customise the user interface with different fonts, themes and cursors! There'll be some more settings soon as well. It's not live yet but you can check out the preview on https://dev.theriodex.net .

Okay the weird font rendering problem with the font I am using on Theriodex does indeed appear to be a Flatpak problem. It happens in both Flatpak Firefox and Flatpak Chrome. And only on Flatpak.

god the last few hours of waiting really feel way longer than the days and weeks before

looking at old photos again there was one with Amazon open in the background and holyyy i forgot how expensive TVs used to be and this is for a 32" TV!
