Made it to Montpellier yesterday... What a trip !!🤘

Early morning again for the third day of the trip, in the impressive train station of Hambourg. Only three more trains to go and a metro connection in Paris. Uff!

Uptake! After a (very) short night on the ferry, I am now in foggy Stockholm. Easy connection to train station (local bus + metro). Two long train trips for me today.

The report assessed 16 leading forest industry companies. None of the companies were found to be largely or fully prepared to meet the EU's biodiversity targets. Certificates such as FSC and PEFC alone were found insufficient, as they shift responsibility to third parties.

🚨 New publication 📣 In this paper, with C. Bouget, we crossed 2 European databases and found that among other environmental predictor (e.g., tree age 🧓, altitude 🏔️...), forest dieback is a significant deadwood producer. Declining patches can be use for deadwood restoration. 🧪🌍🍁🌐 tinyurl.com/3c4v4wu9
