Little known comic book fact: Batman was almost cancelled in the 60s due to poor sales - fortunately he hung on, and is now one of the most valuable characters in fiction.

Don't ignore the potential of comic books when it comes to inspiring young readers.

It's too easy to get caught up with resale value. Creatives work hard to create comics, so try putting value aside and take the time to enjoy some of your books.
