It's been a tough start to the year - a barrage of mental and physical symptoms from perimenopause, undiagnosed but very much unmasked ADHD, and antidepressant withdrawal hit me HARD. But I'm finally turning a corner & can glimpse brighter days ahead. Love to anyone else struggling 💖🤍🩷
