~ lost in space a fun idea played out with @literarywhore.bsky.social and myself a couple of months back. I was using this pre-exposed film from Revolog. It's a fun film but after using it a couple of times I think I'll stick to my own double exposures from now on.

Yuli, a very quiet, gentle woman who seemed a bit distant at first yet still a warmth filled the studio from her shy smiles. I wish I had not lost touch with her.

Double exposures with Rae. After shooting with Rae in my studio space I rewound the film and shot the second exposure in Toronto's Graffiti Alley.

~ woven What a crazy fun afternoon I had with these two. An afternoon with either of Lana or Christelle would be noteworthy but put the two of them in the same room and you have an unforgettable chemistry exploding all around you.

~ compare and contrast (part 2) I have enjoyed using some of the Revolog pre-exposed film for a couple of my double exposure projects but I think that's enough - I much prefer my own double exposures. Both exposures on the B&W image are mine, the colour image is Revolog film. I won't buy any more.

Sparkling Kat After shooting with Kat in my studio I rewound the film and took pictures of the lake on a sunny day. Some frames are in focus and some out of focus of the surface reflecting sunlight.

I discovered this Revolog film through another photographer I did a film swap with last year. He had posted some other work using it and I knew I'd have to try it and especially with Nella. I told @nellaa7.bsky.social about the film and asked if she would simply play with posing ideas.

Nella is moving away from Toronto so this is probably the last time I'll get to work with her. This makes me sad. I have always enjoyed creating with her. I love to explore various styles of lighting but especially light that creates these almost abstract like images.

~ garden nymph Another film swap project. This time I was swapping with myself 😜. I had a really fun afternoon with Carmen a few months ago. A few weeks later I rewound the film and did this exposure in my garden. The overlap is rarely perfect but often it feels good.

~ water nymph Kayla and I had a great afternoon last month playing around with a few film project ideas of mine. In this case after we shot this roll of film, I rewound it and shot a series of second exposures in a nearby ravine. This is an out of focus view of the river's sparkly water.

~ abstract gloria I met Gloria through a mutual friend. I asked if she'd be interesting in exploring some of my abstract bodyscape ideas.

~ Two A foggy morning at the lake. I should try to get out so early in the morning more often.

~ splash Fun with Revolog Kolor film. Kayla was visiting last month and I suggested we tryout this new film I had recently discovered. This was my first attempt with it. Sadly, I *way* under exposed every frame but in a few I'm able to pull out something kind of interesting.

~ walking on the wild side? A fun late afternoon walk in a favourite conservation area with a friend a few weeks ago.

~ Luna on Film Luna was in town recently. I shot these with my old Mamiya 645, rewound the film then spent an hour on a local busy road shooting the second exposures. My IG has been deleted - sailed too close to the wind too many times. Acct summarily executed by the Zuckerprude Police yesterday

~ Veiled I was exploring the effects of shooting through various fabrics with a friend. I am not sure who was having more fun with this idea as she could hardly stop dancing around and laughing throughout the entire session.
