Question for the masses. I'm being forced to create an account with the IRS because of a letter I got in the mail. They want me to create an ID me account, which asks for VERY invasive things such as face scanning and ID. Is there any way around this to be able to see what my issue is with the IRS?

I think a lot of my generation and Gen Z and beyond, take for granted how much work and emotional energy our grandmothers and mothers put into giving us seats at multiple tables where women werent allowed before. So much of this work happened a mere 50 years ago. That's it.

There was ONE ATC in the tower at LGA during last night's crash. ONE ATC, at LGA!, dealing w ALL air and ground traffic, including a plane filling w a strange smell and no gate to return to. The Pentagon wants $200B for a vanity war, but our ATC towers are empty. Budgets are moral documents.
