So after thinking it over awhile, I think I'm better. This sucks but I can give up on games released by corporations. I have 45 years of games from corporations in my backlog and more to discover physically. I will probably get a Switch 2 soon and find a way to get back to Steam and GOG eventually.

I was working on some comic book video game videos and have been back in forth on starting a hobby channel about video games but I just can't right now... I don't really wanna talk about video games for now... This fucking hurts too much right now.

This has such a huge impact on people in rural areas who have to deal with ISP monopolies with unusable speeds. The industry wants to act like the infrastructure is there for this to be the way forward, but big tech is just trying to leave poor people behind.

I cannot stress how much the industry hated their own consumers for buying games used. This was not, and never will be about “consumer preference”, that skyrocketed during the pandemic. Welcome back 2013 Xbox.

Saying "Well most people buy digital anyways so getting rid of physical won't be a big deal," is like saying "Well most people take the elevator so getting rid of the stairs won't be a big deal." Sure... until the elevator is down for repairs.

Masters of the Universe is great! I've been a fan since I was a kid & this movie gets to the heart of what this franchise is. Having an open heart isn't a weakness. Also really appreciate the angle of the world trying to drag someone into monotony like everyone else. Which yeah, I relate to.

So I came to a realization. The Switch 2 is just the new Wii U. Direct successors of Nintendo's most successful consoles that have a mixed reception. Because we're seeing a lot of the same things here.

Just tried to start a series from a pretty respected comic writer. I got two pages and had to shut it forever because the artist traces. For the love of God don't work with traced artists. I can deal with bad art but traced art is the worst! 99.9% of the time your comic becomes unreadable!
