Ways Oregon could save money on its transportation budget 1. Close marquam bridge 2. Reduce 99e to 2 lanes 3. Reduce 26 to 2 lanes 4. Cancel any road expansion projects 5. Close 1/4 of all downtown streets in Oregon cities to cars It is prudent that the state does this to balance its budget

So since we need to save money on road maintenance we should probably start making more pedestrian/bike only roads and removing lanes from existing roads.

Update: 15 minutes after the ribbon cutting the line hasn’t moved however it has gotten long enough to reach the stations other entrance.

The line to ride at Judkins park is a solid quarter mile! Yet no one rides the train!
