Its funny because prior to being a teacher I valued my kids reports. Then I became a teacher, realised things like the copy and paste, or Twinkl phrases being used, and suddenly those reports had zero value. As such I always try my hardest to make my really individual and specific to the child.

I can’t believe this. Probably the biggest game of my life for LFC and it gets moved to the night before SATS! 🤬 do I make the stupid decision to do the 4hr drive back the night before SATS?!?

Today it has occurred to me in the following week I face attempt 2 of giving evidence against my ex in court and then move house. Nothing is packed. I keep ignoring it. I can’t deal with all this on top of work! It’s easier to ignore it all!

Stupidly sat down. That was daft. Must move. Need to go home and have a nap. Ache everywhere. Have finally succumbed to the cold everyone has!!!

Next year I am booking Bikeability for AFTER SATS! My brain cannot cope with the logistics.

For some reason doing an assembly about Ramadan terrifies me. I know I’m not expected to know everything. And I know I know enough. But I also know the majority of the school know more about it than I do!! Eek!

Yesterday at moderation, discovered that 3 other local schools are stopping using The Write Stuff and all have moved over to Power of Reading! All of them are doing a complete switch. We however are keeping 50/50 per term. 😑 #edusky

First term as KS2 Phase lead ✔️ it has been the most wonderful start at my new school. I’ve never done an autumn term where I have felt so welcomed and supported. It feels like I am finally in a job I was ready for a very long time ago! Zero colds or bugs! Which means it will now hit me! #edusky
