When I left this morning I put on a big cat documentary. Echo settled into his couch nest to watch. Katydid curled up on her fleecy nest to listen.

I’ve run for an hour 5 days in a row. Tomorrow I work at my far away school so I’ll be biking 25-30 miles round trip. I’m so tired. And a bit sore.
