Spent most of the day in the water… swam 2 miles at Divers Cove, little dip in the cool tub and finished by a swim in the sea at Shoreham. Not a bad Monday.

A few days in Krakow and Zakopane. Beautiful place.

This is a hard trip to make. It’s particularly sad given the current political climate. Have we learnt nothing? May these stories never be forgotten and their souls rest in peace.

Visited Battersea Power Station. It didn’t disappoint. Great to see a building preserved and developed in such a beautiful way. Shame some of the buildings in Redhill didn’t get the same respect.

18,000 steps done, parcels posted, food shop done, girls weekend all booked…. Now for a bit of hot tubbing and the cold tub is currently 7 degrees so I may need a quick dip in there.

This was amazing last night. Lovely to be treated by my son’s girlfriend.

I’ve got my 3 sons and their wives/girlfriends coming tomorrow night for early Christmas celebrations. Needless to say I’ve added extra chlorine to the hot tub 🥴🤣

My new strange addiction is cold water immersion. Just managed a minute in 4 degrees…. Obviously followed by a dip in the hot tub and a glass of red wine.
