To be honest, CD scratches suck, but I gotta say... Some of the CDs I've gotten so far were pretty scratched up and the cases arent any better. But... I'd like to at least hope it's a sign that they were really well loved. I know when I was really little I was never too careful with my own CDs lol

It's crazy to think I'll never experience Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 and 2 for the first time, ever again. Finished both back to back and the story had me crazy captivated. It's been a VERY long time since I've had a set of games that kept me absolutely glued to them.

Started playing Xenoblade Chronicles X DE finally and... man it's been a hot minute since I've played a XBC game in general. We love turning a corner and suddenly something 30x your level shows up to kick your ass instantly lmao. Love these games.

I've started to enjoy my time online more now that I've started to just live the "post art on tumblr and run" lifestyle. I don't really have to worry too much about posting on a weekly basis. In comparison, taking pictures in VRC started to feel like a chore after a while.

Past few days my WOL's lore of "he loves fishing" absolutely possessed me and I finally picked up fishing in ffxiv... I've been too into it. During downtime between ocean fishing, I also got a couple of the society mounts and I've been working thru dawntrail. It's fun :D

Why am I so against generative AI in games? Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

Things in the background have been settling down a bit and I've been starting to slowly enjoy vr again. I'll probably be around more often. It's been relaxing to fish with friends, and I guess Bones and Ghost finally won by getting me to finally enjoy fishing lol.
