It's #TakeDownTobacco National Day of Action! ⚡️ Tobacco companies are aggressively marketing deadly and addictive products while raking in billions of dollars in profits.

The cigarette smoking rate among U.S. adults fell to a historic low of 9.9% in 2024, down sharply from a high of 42.4% in 1965. Vox calls it “the most successful health campaign in modern history.” But this battle is far from over.
