#Filmsky #MobieChallenge 2: First watch of Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky. As a martial arts film this is pure garbage, if you view it as a comedy it’s marginally better. Ridiculous gore and not helped by, once again, Prime only having the awful dubbed version. How this has a 3.8 on Letterboxd 🤷‍♂️ 4/10

#Filmsky #MovieChallenge First watch of Nocturne (2020). A story in the vein of Whiplash and The Perfection about what you are willing to sacrifice for your art and desires. Unfortunately this wasn’t quite as well executed as those two examples. Another film where Sydney Sweeney does crazy well.6/10

... And finished up with a science fiction double feature that consisted of 'Moscow-Cassiopeia' (1974) from week 2 and 'Aniara' (2018) from week 37. Didn't know going in that 'Moscow-Cassiopeia' was only part one, so now I gotta watch 'Teens in the Universe' (1975) to finish the story. 2/2

Revisited a year's worth of shortlists for week 50 and caught up on five I'd missed. Began with 'Killer of Sheep' (1978) from week 44, 'The Little Girl Who Sold the Sun' (1999) from weeks 24 and 38, and 'Asako I & II' (2018) from weeks 27, 37, 41, and 45, so that one was long overdue... 1/2
