I have realized I have started to make more noises… yet people somehow don’t notice. Or they don’t care. Am I somehow blending into the human world well enough, while still showing signs of my therian self?

Sometimes I just want to vent / complain without having others telling me to “just” try something. Was recently diagnosed with a disorder that makes lot of sense. Now I least have a name for the pain and annoyance I feel trying to connect to friends.

Do anyone else experience a serious decline in mental health, the moment they are seriously exhausted from doing something social? I am thinking that is why I feel ao horrible today, and have been generally just feeling down.
