Open science practices 🔬 are central to the JRP and built into the projects' design. We encourage pre-registration, a priori power calculations, and data transparency through repositories. Junior Researchers engage with these practices hands-on, which is an opportunity to start cementing them early.

Since 2011, Junior Researchers from across the world have been part of the JRP. Here is what they have accomplished together: over 90 published publications and alumni now pursuing PhDs at Oxford, NYU, ETH Zürich and universities worldwide. The JRP does not end at the JRP conference. Participants officially join the Alumni Network, which is an active, connected, and open community. Thesis advice, PhD applications, academia vs. industry: alumni have been where you are and want to help. Once you are JRP, you are always part of it. 💙
