30oct - ‘some things can not be fixed, only repaired’

Finished: cowboy hat custom fit for a fursuit head. It’s made out of stitched and molded layers of felt covered in faux suede. With hatband and sweatband. I did my best to construct this like an actual hat. The result is something that feels like a normal hat that fits on your suit!

I’ve been working on this fursuit cowboy hat project, and it’s really coming together nicely! I’ll be offering a few slots for these once I finish this one.
