Finished: cowboy hat custom fit for a fursuit head. It’s made out of stitched and molded layers of felt covered in faux suede. With hatband and sweatband. I did my best to construct this like an actual hat. The result is something that feels like a normal hat that fits on your suit!

I’ve been working on this fursuit cowboy hat project, and it’s really coming together nicely! I’ll be offering a few slots for these once I finish this one.

I passed out around 4 am last night and actually slept pretty good after that. Not talking or eating solid food is helping me not be in pain. One more night! One more night!

Dental update: So last Thursday I started getting some severe pain in a tooth that was damaged from my wisdom tooth pushing on it. Since then I’ve been in such excruciating pain I haven’t barely been able to sleep or do anything. I FINALLY got my appointment for a root canal on Wednesday.

So it takes like 3 nights of no sleep before sleep overrides pain. Good to know. I slept soooooooo good last night though

Played around in my vintage clothes yesterday. 20-30s morning coat 20s dress shirt 10-20s bow tie Waistcoat: made by me

The wams (doublet) have been mocked up, and now I’m onto slashing the brustfleck (chest piece)

Went for a stroll and took some beauty shots of the military style cape I just finished.

Finished up this military inspired cape. Made of a cotton twill, it features arm escape holes, hidden button plackets, and a detachable hood which attaches to the inside for storage. Additionally there are clips which join the front to the rear forming an optional “sleeve” when worn.
