In case nobody told you... We need to overhaul the ADHD diagnosis, so it's more inclusive to women (AFAB), people from diverse backgrounds, and people other than little white boys.

The older I get the more I realize I struggle with what I like to call “time anxiety“ I have a relationship with time that can feel focused on the time that I’m wasting, the little amount of time that I have, or the dread of how long something is going to take.

An ADHD Reminder; When you’re sick, you absolutely MUST devote your spoons to rest and self-care. You have so few spoons when you’re sick, and wasting them on anything else will only delay your healing process. Sincerely, An ADHDer who coughed out a lung and then immediately canceled EVERYTHING
