Nice long walk around the neighborhood today. Just a bit under 13.5km.

If you want to understand what kind of person someone you know is, look at how they treat the people they don't know, especially when it's not face to face.

Some interactions this week reminded me that some people are just assholes and nothing you can do will teach them empathy. So you just have to move on and enjoy the people you've surrounded yourself with that give you joy.
