Happy Saturday. I was properly ill on Thursday. In bed all day Friday. New PR deadlift this morning. My body makes no sense but I am taking the win. Still not 100%. Had to call the session after 45mins instead of an hour. Hopefully bouncing back.

I am so proud of myself. Not only did I reach a new deficit deadlift PB. I moved smoothly and banged out impressive sets on other exercises too. Times like this, I need a mate to proper high five me.
