Post gym breakfast. I could eat this every day: sourdough with goat cheese and fig jam, Greek yogurt with blueberries, chia, flax and coconut with a cortado.

First sourdough loaves in the new house (electric oven). Not bad looking, but definitely room for improvement.

The last cooked meal of the year: chicken with mushrooms, broccoli and sweet potato.

If you haven't gotten your flu shot yet this year, now is the time. The flu is looking to be very bad this year and numbers are surging. If traveling over the holidays, masking up is going to be super helpful.
