I've been reading two threads where people are picking on the spelling of others. I'm tempted to do that from time to time, but then I look back at my old posts where I leave out words and use the wrong homophones and I decide not to do that

I was looking at the wikipedia entry for George Pal and it had some of his uncompleted movie and television projects. He wanted to do Logan's Run back in 1968. He wanted to do sequels for When Worlds Collide, The Time Machine and Doc Savage. He also wanted to do The Wonderful Wizard of Oz in 1979

Obama almost had a point about the left talking normally. The right has gotten good at finding left phrases and perverting them. Like Critical Race Theory is a reasonable grad school topic that the right told us was being taught to school children

Re: the waking up in 1995 meme. The obvious answers are buying Apple stock (very cheap) and picking up rare Magic the Gathering cards. But maybe think of ways of stopping 9/11. It'd still be 6 years off, but you'd have to get started early. A lot of our current woes stem from that one event
