"ah and did you have a good session?" He leaned against the counter arms folded once he had done all the prep and put the food on but he intended to stand and keep a close eye.

"I can do that I make perfect rice too" He winks and gets to work preparing the veggies. "So what got you in a day dream?" He pops the chicken in the oven making sure it was set to a decent temperature that didn't allow for it to burn.
