The Man Who Died Twice by Richard Osman is an excellent followup to the Thursday Murder Club. Every bit as charming as his first novel, featuring the return of all his wonderful characters and their aged hijinks. One of the rare times where rare sequel is better than the original. 💙📚

Night chef was a charming as heck graphic novel. I saw some ad copy describe it as "ratatouille crossed with Studio Ghibli", and that's as accurate as can be. I was hooked from page 1, featuring watercolour pictures of half litre containers of green onions and parsley. 💙📚

Once again Rude Hat Man proves how uncaring he is with who or what he platforms. He‘s happy to show one of the most controversial games of the past year in this video—as if it were *just* a silly little meaningless toy whose IP doesn’t directly destroy the lives of trans people across the world.

It's been at least 15 years since I read a Christopher Moore book, but I quite enjoy this author. There a moments where his writing gives me Terry Pratchet vibes, but he's certainly more juvenile. Anima Rising is imaginative, interesting, and humourous, if you jive with his style. 4/5✨ 💙📚

Finished the main story of Pokémon Legends: Z-A. I could complain about the flaws endlessly, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't have any fun. I really enjoy Pokémon games, and this is a pretty good one. If Game Freak were at all competent at making games, this could be an actually great game...

I don't care about winning too much, but I just looked at my gameplay stats against my main BGA partner, and I have an 18% win rate. But when I do win, ooooh boy does it feel good! #boardgames

Played World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King last night. A Pandemic system game, but omitting the outbreak/spreading mechanic when a location gets overrun If you don't have a sincere love for the IP, this is a pass. It's the least interesting Pandemic game I've played to date. #boardgames

So I was exploring this "World of Asmodee" game that Asmodee has on right now Basically, you search the image, and there's a bunch of questions you answer to earn EXP, and the players with the most EXP can win some prizes but the prizes are kind of weird. Here's some examples
