Early Days of Jubilee Housing (1970s-1980s) Jubilee was founded in 1973 by 3 young women from Church of the Saviour, whose goal was to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing for a neglected community.​

We create Justice Housing®: Deeply Affordable Homes in Thriving Neighborhoods with resources such as transit, grocery stores, and employment. We pair housing with Onsite and Nearby Services, providing support that addresses systemic barriers beyond housing to ensure Everyone has a chance to succeed!

We provide (deeply) affordable housing, resident services, reentry housing & services, and youth programs—because strong neighborhoods start with support and access!
